I bought the 12lb model and have not regretted it one bit! It made my cardio so much better and made me lose more weight by adding the weight. So far I went from 188 to now 173 lbs. I will continue to use it on my weight loss journey. The vest is comfortable and the weights are evenly spaced. If it starts hurting or pushing on your shoulders, take it off. But other than that I think it is well worth buying a weighted vest and in particular this vest.

I have tried so many weighted vests for an overweight person. Every single one is for a guy or girl who is in the best shape of their life not trying to get there. NONE fit AT ALL. This one fits PERFECT. I had to try 5 vests to get to this one but finally. This one is actually cheaper also. The ones that did not fit some were like 220$ and now i have to return them because none fit. I honestly dont know why they make them to fit people in amazing shape when you need to have some for people trying to get in shape. Whoever designed this brand i want to know what else they make and buy more.

I never had back issues before. While using this a few people on a walking trail asked about it and some of them said they had one similar but it causes too much back pain. After wearing it a few times, I now have back pain. I havent worn it 5 months and the pain is finally going away.

Perfect addition to a home gym and so many ways to use it. They have removable sand bags so you can adjust the weight at any time. Not too big either and I am 5’2. Highly recommend for anyone interested.

I love this vest. I've been using it for two months now. I walk four miles a day; this vest is comfortable to wear and it's holding up well. It adds quite a calorie burn to my workouts and my legs are definitely trimmer. I am probably going to buy another vest with more weight and move this one to the basement to wear when I'm on the treadmill. Highly recommend!

This is a great weight vest. I’m a big guy (6-3, 300lbs) and this fit me really well. The adjustable straps are easy to use and the weight is distributed evenly over the whole vest.

Amazing vest! I like that I can adjust the weight, along with the fact the weight is protected inside individual sleeves that insert into the vest. I had a different “popular†vest before this one that did what many reviewers before me said, weight leaks out of vest. I am so glad I switched to this vest, I no longer have that issue. I love that I can tighten and pull it snug. I use it for a popular workout program called Alexia Clark. I have recommended it to others on her FB platform. It helps me sweat a ton and has aided in my fitness journey.
