I searched for many hours to find a reasonably priced weight set. This one had solid metal bars and nuts. Do not buy the plastic ones. They are dangerous. This one feels sturdy and the weights don't shift when tightened. It is an excellent set for amateur weight lifting. The bar is fairly standard and fits other weights for when I need to increase the total weights. I love being able to turn two dumbells into one barbell so easily. Very pleased with my purchase. I recommend for anyone who wants to get into lifting. The versatility is awesome.

weight adjustment is just a bit annoying and takes time but it makes everything easier to store and for the price it’s pretty good. everything works well, would recommend if you can’t afford a gym membership or just want to workout at home

The package came with missing parts. It's missing the dumbbell shafts. I have written to their customer support but there has been no response.As a set of weights, it's quite sturdy and good quality for the price.

I use them every night basically. They’re easy to use, basic and has a funny lil workout guide u can try with the weights if you don’t have any in mind!Keep in mind the weights are a little big for their weight, so the bars are a little long, meaning some times an exercise can be a little awkward but ones u get a feel for their spacing you’re good!IF ANYONE, knows where I can get a couple more of just the “plates†that are a lil heavier please let me know!
