This does the job as my replacement dryer screen. Just wished it was designed a bit more sturdy and the mesh is not tight on the frame. Otherwise, it's okay to do the job. We'll see for how long. Perhaps should of gotten the original from the manufacturer...

LG has a faulty dryer lint catcher in my opinion. The heat broke off an edge of our old one and so we are trying this one. The heat in a dryer can be too much for this type of material.When an edge breaks or even if it doesn't, because of this screwy arched design and the way it fits down in the dryer, the lint catcher can float up and snag garments causing the rotation of the dryer to rip and tear garments. We will see over time if this one works better.

I thought this was the exact replacement for my dryer but I didn't read the listing closely enough. My fault. It just looked exactly the same so I assumed. Unfortunately I was wrong haha. Great looking lint filter though. The screen seem sturdy and tough and it looks like the one from my original dryer....just a tad smaller. I'm sure it'd be fine if yours is a match for this.

Perfect fit. It looks like the one that came with the dryer. I’m impressed and very pleased. It is a good find at an inexpensive price.
