I have a hard time putting this on and then putting my baby in it too. It’s always a mission trying to buckle and unbuckle. I wish it was simpler and easier to adjust. I probably wouldn’t buy again because I am looking for something super convenient and fast. Who has time to try to figure out how to put something on or adjust with a baby waiting

This is a well-priced baby carrier that gets the job done. It's fairly easy to put on and distributes the weight of the child pretty well. I like that it is convertible, so you can use it either front or back facing. It has nice built in head support for a younger baby, and really nicely padded shoulder straps. At this price, if you are in need of a baby carrier, I think you will be happy with this one.
