Installed on my Base r56 2013 super easy I had a cheap Chinese one before but got a k&n Cold air and had to get rid of it but this one goes around nicely and is built solid.

Since I have already installed the AEM Cold Air Intake System the installation was quick and easy. it's meant to be installed and designed for this Cold Air System. I found that the steering is far more positive and the MIni handling is far better. The installation is easy, remove the existing three nuts on top of each strut, place the Strut bar in place and replace the nuts and tighten down. Takes approximately 15 minutes. the Strut bar and Cold Air Intake looks really nice and well worth the cost.

I can't give this a detailed review as I could not install it. If you have a 2011+ Gen2 S (turbo on N18 motor) or JCW package this will not fit the factory airbox. The bar will interfere with the MAF plug. Unfortunately this info is not in the description.
