This authentic external aem fuel pump failed after 50 miles of use. It was mounted under a properlySumped fuel tank with the proper an12 pre-pump feed & filter and Post pump an8 line & filterNever was it run below half a tank of fuel.This pump became extremely loud & then abruptly locked up / stopped working in traffic.Needles to say, it stranded me in normal idol fueling operation. I hope aem can fix the quality control as I did see this same problem a few years back on a friend’s car using this $200 pumpI regret using this pump.

Best bang for your buck for sure easy to install absolutely love it mines installed on 97 GSX swapped eclipse Spyder!!! Big turbo calls for big fuel.

DO NOT BUY pump failed 32 days into use. Just two days too late to return waste of money your better off buying walbro 255 inline fuel pump. I had a filter before the pump and tank was new it flat out died didnt clog at first it would take a few seconds to kick on to start the truck now it is broken. I verified 12v and the polarity it’s not a power issue it’s an internal issue

this pump is supply fuel to my turbo 5.3 ls build.... working good so far and I hear its good to 700hp. Combine it with the delwheel budget filter and your fuel system is good to go.

Pump lasted all of 10 minutes worth of idling. Seller doesn't honor returns/replacement/support.
