My Aeromotive fuel regulator started playing up with pressure dropping to 23psi and fluctuating. I replaced the inline fuel filter and also cut it open to see if there was any dirt inside. No dirt and new filter made no difference. Adjusting the regulator made no difference. I had a Holley regulator that was going to use on another project and thought I would fit that as it would be easier than replacing the intank fuel pump. The new regulator fixed the issue. I fitted this new diaphram and the issue returned, I could see nothing wrong with the regulator and even phoned Aeromotive tech support who were not helpful.Left the Holley regulator inplace and ordered a RobbMc regulator who produces a much better quality product.I will not buy Aeromotive again.

04 6.0 powerstroke. I bought the xdp regulated return and it came with the regulator that takes this diaphragm. I should have suspected it sooner but didnt think a 500$ part was bad out of box. I replaced this today in mine and fuel pressure holding good now. Took me longer than I'd like to admit to pintpoint this but stoked that it finally is holding good psi!

I found a 'Tuner' style regulator that was a perfect fit, but I didn't trust the import diaphragm (which turned out to leak). I was easily able to trim this one to fit as it was otherwise identical. Now I have a quality regulator for years to come.

Can't say for sure how long it will last considering the original lasted less than 5k miles. But this one is working fine and holding.

Note: This replacement part was orange colored and the original was black. My 14 year-old #13105 Aeromotive fuel regulator was acting up I normally set it at 35 psi. It seemed like over time it had been creeping upwards. Finally, during a high power event, my panel warning light up that it had hit 50 psi.Spending some time looking how it acted during various power settings, I could see that the pressure varied a lot. Not good for my electronic fuel injection.I thought I would have to replace the whole expensive fuel regulator when I found this kit. It was a super easy repair to make and now my fuel pressure is rock solid.
