I bought this cooper mesh to put around my hostas to deter slugs and snails. I don’t know how well it will work but it was very user friendly and easy to cut and mold.

I am so happy I found this. I wanted to keep away slugs and snails from my beautiful flowers. But I wanted to do it in a humane way, and this finally solved the problem. So grateful for the quality and value of this copper mesh :) It's big win.

This works wonderfully to repel slugs and is so easy to use! Just wrap it around your pots or plant stems.

Last year we didn't get to eat any of our garden leafy vegetables as the slugs always got them first. My husband stapled this copper mesh repellent around the edge of our raised bed and this year we had no trouble with slugs getting our greens. As the photo shows, the slugs encounter the mesh and can't get into the garden. We're very happy with this mesh.

Slugs constantly crawled on my patio in my apartment building, which was unpleasant. I stretched the mesh around the perimeter, and they were no longer there.

Every year, snails and slugs ruin my hostas. This year I decided to fight back and bought a roll of this mesh. Wound it around my 4 hosta pots and waited until dark. Went out with my torch to see if it had worked. Yay!! Collected 9 snails and 2 slugs, which had been stopped from climbing higher up my pots and reaching my plants' delicate new leaves. Hopefully, it will continue to prevent the slimy assassins and I shall have beautiful hostas this year.

Useful as A deterrent but I would also suggest using it with other methods to repel pests as no single tactic will completely solve problems like slugs. It’s easy to use - just mold and form it by hand to suit your needs.I reckon it’s a better and cheaper approach than copper rings for example. Definitely worth a try!
