The cones are great for the kids as they flex well when one of the kids may step on one. The really just collapse a little instead of being a harder plastic that will break. In the dojang, we are all bare foot so I know this is safe for the kids. The hurdles are a good height for them. We use them as part of our agility training but these come with some flaws. The biggest one is when we put them together, about half of the connections will come back apart as soon as someone picks an assembled hurdle up. I actually bought construction adhesive and made the connections permanent. Also, these are very light and when working with little kids, these fall over a little more than we hoped as they weigh very little and seem to fall with barely a touch. So before putting the feet parts on permanently, I filled them with sand and that was enough that if a toe touched them, they likely will stay up but still fall over with a foot does not clear completely. Now the set is perfect but I cannot give five stars for something that had flaws such as this.

I have used when coaching my soccer teams but don’t like how much is needed to assemble and disassemble. Wish a better design was made to quickly break down after use.

Are they plastic? Yes. Are they heavy duty? No. They’re very lightweight plastic. I feel like they’d need mini sandbags to hold them down.I’ll have to update the review once I’ve had a chance tot jar them outside for some footwork drills.

This 10 piece set is amazing! The hurdles are easy to install and the cones are of high quality. The carrying bag is a great addition. It has improved my core skills. I highly recommend it. Well deserved 5 star rating!

This set is of outstanding quality! The thick walled PVC hurdles can endure intense training. The 10 flexible and lightweight soccer cones are excellent. The carrying bag allows me to train anywhere. It has helped me enhance my acceleration and body control. Ideal for various sports. Five star product!
