This set is a good way to start off your fitness journey. The cones are a bit flimsy and came a bit bent. The ladder is not the best but does the job. It does come with the basic equipment you need and also includes the storage bag to easily keep everything together. It’s not too bad but eventually you might need to upgrade to a better set.

This kid is helping my nephew who's in third grade run faster. He's already a lightning bolt but he sees tools can help him train himself more and this is exactly what his team uses at the school he goes to in Kentucky

If you're looking for a low-cost beginner agility set, the CHIWALLO Agility Training Equipment Set is a good value. The entire set comes in a nylon bag. The parachute comes in its own nylon bag. The parachute is nice quality and works great. You strap it around your waist and close with velcro. The ladder is ok. It is made of light-weight webbing and thin plastic "rungs." The cones are also a cheaper plastic, but will suffice for backyard training. The cone keeper is utterly junk. There are also resistance bands which are nice. Several metal stakes are included. I wasn't expecting top quality equipment for the price, but it was a little less quality than I would have liked.
