I've only had this thing 2 weeks, when it dies I'll come back and tell ya how long she held out. I love it! Makes soft ice quickly. About as loud as your dishwasher, easy to operate, fits nicely on the counter, doesn't seem like it would hold up to a drop, so be careful of you are going to travel with it.

I ordered an AG lucky and received this machine. The machine is gray plastic but it was supposed to be the silver one that was metal.The machine works fine so far. It is a little bit louder than expected since I had an AG lucky machine before that was metal and it is a little quieter. The ice is good, easily chewable.

We got the AGLUCKY Nugget Ice Maker to replace our older nugget ice maker. Our old one was very loud and we constantly battled mold inside it. The AGLUCKY Nugget Ice Maker is far quieter and quickly generates nice crunchy ice. The only issue I have is that it does not have a large capacity for more than a couple of drinks at a time.

Perfect pair to match with our new Bartesian drink maker. Makes ice quickly, love the nugget ice. It is a bid loud, but we expected that.
