I use these for a man with dementia who was taking off his underwear at night. I put these on over the underwear then put a t-shirt on top of it and he can't figure out how to get them off. They also help keep the underwear snug to his body. Unusual use, but they work.

If you are tall The chest part is too low and it doesn’t cover your chest . Very disappointed

Too small. Thought of ordering a size up, but the order details don't list what size I ordered the first time. How's that? I'll look to a different brand. After posting my review, I was able to see I ordered a medium. But it's weird that this is the only place I can find the size mentioned. My advice, order a size bigger than you think you need.
