These magnets are so strong that they even work well on jersey hijabs which are quite thick. I don’t like the plastic cap ones because they tend to be less magnetic, at least in my case, and these are perfect and I find myself going back to them everytime!

Silk scarves tend to slip and slide and never stay where you put them. These work great. I don't wear Hijabs but I do wear lots of scarves. I've even used them to hold sweaters in place.
