Initially I was excited, thought they were great! That's until they stopped translating and this message was displayed in the app, "Your online translation trial has been used up, please recharge." Umm what??? Didn't know it was a trial being entered into nor that the trial time was being used while learning and testing out the earbuds and app! Offline translation is offered but you have to pay for that too!!! ALSO, the app lets you connect pre-existing buds, so, I wonder if purchsing these is necessary if the app will work with other earbuds. This is B.S. don't buy these. Will be returning.

Loved them! If anyone wants these? Get them do not go with a product made by a company called HONEY AND PINE. They are hard to get hooked up and even harder to return for a getting your money back. I gave up and throw them I way. These on the other hand you can get to work within minutes

Not very loud unable to position speaker over earhole properly do not get if you work near ambient noise will drowned out most of the sound

Bought three of these to speak with friends by phone overseas. Turns out it doesn’t work for phone calls or messenger apps. Worthless. Waste of money.

I received these but it doesn't seem to work unless I pay for more recharge or top uolp after the initial few times

The app is terrible. It has a promise but for now it's close to useless.

Poor instructions. Did not support the language translation I was looking for. Even my geeky kid couldn’t understand how it worked….
