I have a galaxy tab S8 ultra that I just got because it is powerful enough to run many applications on the screen at the same time. The problem is when you do this it overheats. So I ordered this to protect my considerable investment. When I first turned it on I thought for sure it was going to be an epic fail, the fans barely felt like they were blowing any air. Before I used this cooler my tablet was getting up to 41 or 42 degrees Celsius very quickly when running multiple apps at the same time. Before, I had to turn my screen off for a few minutes to let it cool down every 10 minutes. Using this I can run my tablet as hard as it can go and it doesn't go over 36 degrees which is great. It works so well that if I pick my tablet up in the middle of heavy use, the back of it is ice cold. I think the aluminum body contributes a lot to this. I also love that the cooling surface is metal so my tablet sticks to it magnetically. Nice and secure. The only downside to this cooler is the usb cord they give you. It's way too short. I thought no problem, I have a USB A to USB C cord, I'll just turn it around. Nope. Turns out those types of cords only charge in one direction. Only the new usb c to usb c cords can charge in both directions. So I had to order a $3 adapter so that I can use my existing long cords. Overall I am pretty impressed with how well this works for the price. Would buy again

This laptop chill pad works perfectly and it was only $16! It’s just the right size, the blue lights are a nice feature, and the included charging cord is the perfect length . It also comes with a 1 year warranty.

Timing was great and the product worked as expected. however, I was expecting to see the lights as in the photo, but it's not like that. The rest is good.

My wife's laptop fan gave out. I bought this as a quick fix. It works great and is very quite. Her laptop runs very cool now!

This fan worked fine for the first three or four times. Then I noticed most of the lights did not come on. The following day I noticed the outlet on the back where you plug in the power cord seemed loose. The power plug needed to be held up a bit to make the fan work. This is a piece of trash that doesn't work with less than a dozen days of use. Buyer beware...use it daily so maybe you can return it. I didn't so now I'm out the money I paid!

I purchased this device to cool down my work laptop at my desk. This laptop cooling unit is definitely not for gaming. I would not purchase this if I was using it for gaming. I had the option to purchase over again I would have spent more money on a better device. You get what you pay for, but because the unit was only 14.99, I will just go ahead and keep it. I do notice that it is keeping my laptop cooler than it was before and I'm not experiencing the issues in Outlook freezing like I was experiencing before so far. My laptop is a lot cooler to the touch, so good for low-level use. The device is a quiet low white noise when turned all the way up. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR GAMING. GET THE IETS GT500 Powerful Turbo-Fan (5000 RPM). My son-in-law has this unit, and he uses it for gaming. I was being cheap and got what I paid for too much trouble to return.

Does reduce the temperature of my ASUS Tuf. However pc fan still comes on now and then. Slightly noisy on higher settings.

I'm completing 2 years since purchase of the cooling pad and the stand is durable but the mesh touches the running fans over time which makes an irritating sound due to the weight of the laptop. If the mesh could have been made of better quality to avoid this issue then I could have rated the product 5 stars.
