For some reason I confused silicon for non stick! Be sure to apply cooking spray or other ‘non stick’ product! Once I did, bagels came out perfect!

These are perfect bagel/donut molds. They're easy to use and clean, and super easy to bake with. Love the size and how small they are and easy to store.

I enjoy baking donuts for my family. I've been using a metal pan for years. It's fine, but it makes smaller donuts. So when I saw these, I decided to give it a go. I made a one batch of donuts in my old pan, and two sets of donuts in my two new pans. Also, I sprayed one of the new pans with nonstick spray, and I baked in the other silicon pan with no spray. I made pumpkin spice donuts, which is the stickiest recipe that I know, to test out these pans. You can see how much bigger these donuts are. And the donuts that I made with the sprayed silicon pan came out great. As you can see in the picture, they popped right out with the touch of a finger. The pan cleaned up with very little effort. But the ones in the pan that I didn't spray stuck really badly. I had to use a spatula, and even then they came out missing large chunks. They were still delicious, but not pretty. However, the pan still cleaned up with very little effort.I was really impressed with these pans, although I will be sure to spray them in the future. Some silicon pans feel like they are going to collapse on you, and you have to place them on a cookie sheet so they don't collapse and make a mess during baking. These pans are definitely thin, but they have metal edges around them that give them stability. They stood up to a runny, sticky dough. I will get a lot of use out of these and I would recommend them.

Non stick for real. Easy to clean. And no scraping food out. Quality is better than the last one I tried.

I ordered these to make apple cider donuts using a NYT recipe that caught my eye. I’ve never made baked donuts before so I don’t have anything to compare them to, but these worked great! I buttered the pans and had no issues with sticking, the donuts popped right out. I put them on a cookie sheet to make getting them out of the oven easier and they still had a nice crust on them. The donuts are huge though! The recipe said it would make 12 donuts and it made just enough to make 8 donuts with these pans. The pans cleaned up easily. Highly recommend the recipe by the way, they were amazing!

We prefer baked donuts over fried donuts and these are perfect for making old-fashioned cake donuts in the oven. We use silicone molds a lot for chocolate we make at home and prefer that material over other options. These are a great option if you are into baking and want a traditional donut look to your final product.

These are great for making baked donuts or even muffins shaped like donuts. These have a metal frame so they hold their shape nicely and it makes it easier to bring in and out of the oven. The silicone is flexible and helps when trying to depan your baked goods. These also make healthier non fried donuts. Overall, these work really nicely and make a good sized donut! Thank you for reading this review and I hope you found it helpful!
