Step 1
First mix 4 eggs, milk 10.5 oz, caster sugar 5 oz, and corn oil 5 oz well, then sift cake flour 14 oz, matcha powder 1.5 oz, and baking powder 0.5 oz mix well again, spoon the prepared batter into the muffin pan.
Step 2
Sprinkle with nuts chips on the batter.
Step 3
Preheat at 350℉/180℃ for 5 minutes in the oven, then bake 20 minutes.
Step 4
The matcha muffin that made by yourself is finished, then you could enjoy the delicious muffin.

These are perfect for egg muffins or mini cheesecakes. They don't stick, but to make cleanup a little quicker, I either wipe the wells with the paper wrapper my butter came in, or I spray 2-3 wells with a shot of olive/coconut oil spray and use a paper towel to spread it amongst all 12 wells. These cook evenly as long as you don't over crowd the oven and have one of them touching the side. Contents pop right out (even without oil or spray). I rinse with the sprayer on my kitchen faucet, then turn the wells inside out and wash in the dishwasher. The pans aren't flimsy and the frame makes them more stable for carrying full of unbaked product without needing a cookie sheet under them. My only concern is that they may pick up odors or strong flavors (garlic or peppers from the egg muffins) over time - I would think that a quick soak in some white vinegar would eliminate the issue if it occurs, but I'm ordering 2 more of a different color so I can keep my sweets and savories separate. Would recommend these 100%.

The cupcakes and muffins slide right out and are evenly baked. AND, the clean up is amazing. The metal frame certainly stabilizes the pan.

I use this muffin pan very often to make muffins and love it. Easy to use, the muffins pop right out of the pan after it has cooled and very easy to clean.

Have used a couple times & happy so far. You can put on a cookie sheet or not, the metal frame helps. This is my first silicone product so I'm learning. Things seems to brown really quick towards end of baking so watch your time.

I make a lot of muffins and wish I had tried silicone sooner. Much easier, less mess, and no paper liners to throw away. Easy to clean, easy to remove muffins without grease, and durable.

Great muffin tray. No liners or oil spray needed. They just pop right out and cleaning them is a breeze. Because it is a white tray, it does show some staining. I made pumpkin muffins and there are some orange stains now. It does not come off. Not a big issue for me. Still better than my old rusty muffin tin which I hated cleaning!

The hidden steel frame makes it easier to take out of the oven when hot. Makes great little loaves and doesnt stick! Easy to clean, but if you cook anything other than bread (like lasagna) it will potentially stain the white silicon. I have used these pans multiple times now and love them! I only wish they came in a different colour.

This is a great product. I used it to bake bread. Although the form is white in color their was no discoloration after the baking process (as experienced with other silicon baking forms)
