Just for reference, I place my water bottle in the divider. The size is great. It’s cute, you can’t even see it through the bag, only from the top. Quality is good. It keeps the sand off my things and out of my bag. It’s a little stiff at first but once you use it more then the plastic will loosen and soften.

My daughter is a nurse and also going back to school and also having a baby. I purchased this for her for Christmas along with the compartment liner and she loves is. It has a place for every part her crazy life right now and takes beating and still looks brand new! Best of all, when the baby comes it 's going to be perfect for the beach because all of the salt and sand will just hose right off and will be good to go again!
