They are the same as others but these are reasonably priced. The have offered me the balance I was needing. One got caught under other items in my car and I noticed the pole bent a little bit, but they are useable. I noticed one pole slipped a little smaller than the other, so you must keep your eye on the adjustments so you can keep them tight. I like the way they feel in my hand.

This is my first pair of trekking poles. They performed well. When setting the length with proper twisting, it did not get loose. I couldn't tell if the shock absorbing feature added any comfort.The strap is of a lower quality than most other poles I have seen, even basic ones. And it is somewhat short, even at maximum extension. So I wonder if the general build quality is also low.I had a fall, and one of the poles got slightly bent. I could not tell if that is due to a low quality, or it would have simply happened with any other pole as well.

They're really lightweight, easy to use. You get 2 poles in the pack, very affordable, sturdy poles. I'm using them to help me walk better. There is no odor to them or the hand grasps. At first I used to protective cover, which quickly wore out ( this is my first set) . Once the thicker pavement tips wear out I'll have to get more tips .

I like the carry bag, it comes in handy. The chargeable feet, are great for different surfaces and springs in them allow you to easily travel on uneven surfaces. A great value for the price too

There are many trekking poles that are much more expensive. But what more can you want in trekking poles than this? Worked well for Grand Canyon hikes. Great stability. Light. Great springy shock absorbing. Comfortable. Not sure what higher priced poles would offer. Handles have a bit of a chemical smell, but I got different set from another company that was much worse.

Bought these bad boys for hiking the narrows in Zion. While they definitely made it easier to not fall down, I lost the bottom nubbins in the river. I wish they were a screw on and not “push them on, yeah that’s good enoughâ€. Now my guilty conscience of littering won’t let me sleep
