Convertible ottoman is of superior quality and comfort. I cannot stress enough how functional and comfortable this ottoman is. It can be used as an entertainment/gaming type chair, a comfy bed and is the perfect height for a footstool. The adjustable back is perfect for any reclining position. When not in use, it’s fits nicely in a corner to serve as an accent piece.The customer service has also been excellent; I was pleasantly surprised by their timely responsiveness and understanding. To no fault of the seller, FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. After reporting to FedEx, I contacted the seller, and we mutually agreed to await a response from FeEx. Finally, after days of back and forth with FedEx, the seller felt it would be best to send a replacement product. The replacement ottoman arrived in a timely manner, and I could not be happier with my purchase and their superior customer service. Will definitely buy again from this seller.

I placed this ottoman against my love seat in my small house. It makes the perfect L shaped sitting area now. I specifically purchased this for me to sleep on when my adult sons come to visit so they can have the bedroom with the large bed.The ottoman looks great and is comfortable enough to sleep on for a few days. I use it daily to put my feet up and it's large enough that I can also place a wooden tray on top to set my cup of tea

Love the way the chair is made. Very clever. It converts easily to lounger, bed or ottoman. I ordered it because I retired and while I still need an office for personal stuff, I was able to get rid of a desk, filing cabinet and table and printer stand - making enough room to add this chair, an end table and bookshelf to make a sort of guest room. My best friend from college comes to town a couple of times a year to visit and has to sleep on my couch. I'm a much earlier riser, partly because my cats want to be fed early so we all traipse past him at 4:30 AM. Now we don't have to disturb him. The only problem is that the chair is pretty hard for sleeping. Let's be clear. Not firm. Hard. So I bought a couple of toppers for it, which made it quite comfortable. Actually I used 2 quilts, two thick comforters doubled over and one topper. I just ordered a 3-inch memory foam topper hoping to replace the comforters. We'll see. I asked him if it was as comfortable as the couch. He said no, but that's a pretty high bar. My couch is REALLY comfy. But he slept really well on it and preferred it for the privacy. Even if I end up still having to use the comforters, I'm glad I bought it. It would have been 5 stars if it was softer. Nice as a big, wide chair - comfy to curly up with a couple pillows, a throw and a book. Looks very nice. Seems well made. Wish I had not bought the dark blue because of cat hair, but oh well. Excuse the mess. It's a work in progress.

The product is as described. its comfy and fits in a small space. Took a nap and my back didn't hurt. its a bit frim but if you want a softer or comfier feeling maybe get a small memory foam to put on top but i found it comfy. its easy to turn into a bed and then back into a mini couch. It seems to be made of quality material, so probably will last for a while. The only thing i would complain about is I would like the couch to be movable around so maybe if it had wheels on one side or something so you can move it around easily. Thats just my preference, overall i am satisfied with the purchase.

My wife found this cool ottoman and we totally love it! It performs exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We bought the wider dark brown (70.87"x33.86"x16.54") ottoman. It's a quality piece of furniture and we love its multi-functionality. It looks exactly like the picture - the fabric is very soft, yet seems durable and the frame is very sturdy. We bought it to replace our too-large and single-purpose coffee table. We also need extra seating and a spare bed for visitors. I don't think anyone will mind sleeping on it temporarily. We are planning on getting a topper for it to add a little more cushion for guests, but think it would be fine without it... especially for those guests you don't want to stay too long haha! We had a little snafu with our order but the seller was professional, prompt, and courteous. We highly recommend this convertible ottoman!

The purpose of getting this ottoman sofa bed is for guest coming visit, so they can stay overnight if they want, but it became our own use now. The ottoman is not cheap made, it has some weight, I can't lift it up by myself, but with the steady structure, it allows my kids moving around it. Love the support no matter sitting or sleeping on it, you won't feel shrinking. Even though it's big when it opens become a bed, still no assemble required and perfect fit for our small living room. With nice breathable fabric, it also comes with a cushion/pillow, it's really detail oriented. I personally love it so much, truly appreciated product.

Ordered this sofa for a nanny to use when sleeping over two nights out of the week. It is cheap and not worth the hassle. I sent the piece back immediately because the chair would not remain open. Unfortunately, I was charged for the return shipping. Amazon promised to reimburse me for the shipping, so I sent it back to the seller. The total shipping cost was $211. The seller refunded my purchase, and I followed up with Amazon for the shipping. Needless to say, I never received the refund from Amazon. They originally told me they would refund me for the shipping, then gave me the run around.
