Easy to use
step1
- Put the roll film on the feeding roller properly. There is a groove in the roll film. That should align to the feeding roller protruding part.
step2
- The roll film follows the arrow direction to pass through the tension column,then the roller film pass through the nozzle guide post.
- Note:For better film blowing, please use scissors to cut the corner of the film extry mouth before use.
step3
- Pulling the roll film to close enough and touch just right between the hot sealing wheels to ensure when push start button, the machine can pull out film till reach the front pulling wheels, and start making air cushion smoothly.
step4
- Connecting the electrical power , and press the power switch .
- After power on the machine, the power indicator red light will go on and green light start to flash.
- When green light is solid, which means the machine is ready to make air cushion, press the Start/stop button to start; rotate the Fan Control knob to adjust the air density.

Cutter Replacement & Steps
Replace a new cutter blade after the air cushion machine roll has been used for more than 200 roll of films. In order to make sure the blade can cut off the film properly. Pulling out the air nozzle and then renew the new cutter blade.

Quit working after 9 months. It’s blowing air into the bags but not sealing, so bags just flatten out. The bags pass through a healing elements which gets quite hot, but now it is only heating up on one side.

Bought this to streamline packaging of the good my wife sends to her frineds and had a blast working with it. It is fast and fun, also makes a funny sound. Overall if you need a lot of air filled pockets and you need them fast feel free to buy this one.P.S. It is very sturdy, made from metal does not have cheap feel to it which is a plus
