I have had this machine for a while now and have made about 10000 pillows with it so far with no issues, the only complaint is when starting and stopping the machine you loose 2-4 pillows do to air not being forced on during start and stops.

This machine is not made for using in a packaging facility where you expect to create a lot of bubble film.It also isn't compatible with other films like it says.The blade broke after the third roll of film and there's no replacement blades included and not even any information on where to buy any.I would definitely NOT recommend this machine for any business.It might be ok for a hobby user.

When I first got it, there was an internal connection that was not fully connected. But through good customer service we were able to fix the issue and it worked great! I used to spend tons on rolls of bubble wrap for my products to ship, and this has saved me from doing that. It also is a space saver because instead of storing large wheels of bubble wrap, I can create how much I need at a time.
