It took some time to get but once I did, it seems pretty useful for my home project idea. I've conducted a current demand test as displayed in the picture attached. Seems to draw about 5.5A when settled. The output temperature maximum in my 76.14F home lab was about 113F.

I realize that this heater is very small but the amount of heat it produces is not worth the 4.3 amp draw on a 12v system. I could barely tell it generated any heat at all.

I can see how this would work well in a baby chick incubator. It runs at a steady 82° in a room with a temperature of 71°. It's very light heat with a low RPM fan that resembles an infinite running PC fan. I don't believe this would do much in low temperatures or that it could be used as a 12-volt car heater, as some websites are advertising.

I got this and installed it in my battery box of my RV where I run a bank of Lithium-ion batteries I set it on a thermostat switch to engage when the temperature drops below 40 Fahrenheit and bring it up three degrees before shutting down so I can continue to charge on my batteries without damaging them during the winters I spend up in the snow and it has worked great does not draw much off the battery but protects them very well.

I bought these to supplement my dash and windshield heating in winter. Very simple hookups, 2 wires to run fan, and 2 wires to run heater. All works well. No thermostat needed so saves money. These are 50W so use about 5 amps. They are enough to keep fog off my windshield, but low power to heat entire vehicle. They perform well for my needs.
