The AIRHUG Bluetooth Speakerphone pleasantly surprised me with its additional features. Alongside the well-made metal Bluetooth speaker, it also includes a high-quality webcam, which I use daily. While I initially intended to use the speakerphone more frequently, I found that its battery drained quickly when playing music throughout the day in the office. However, the voice quality was exceptional, providing crisp and clear communication, as demonstrated by conversations with my sister across the room. I would recommend this product to anyone who regularly participates in conference calls and desires the convenience of hands-free communication.

I got this to use in home office mainly for virtual meetings or calls. I wanted ability to be cordless though in case I wanted to take with me while traveling also. So far it has been working wellClients and coworkers have not complained of any issues hearing me or feedback / echoes, and I have been able to hear them well.I don't think it's perfect clarity and at times I wish it could be louder but it does work and works pretty well. Price is a little high but somewhat expected with the features and built-in battery. Overall, it is a nice speaker that adds some good functionality. I would recommend

I'll start by saying that AIRHUG made a great impression right out of the box. Let's begin with the surprise inclusion of an excellent quality, semi-rigid case, with ample room for cables and manuals. Next was the apparent quality of the device itself. It has a solid weight and feel to it, and aesthetically it gives the impression of a high-end, name-brand electronics product.Overall, I found it to be a rather straightforward product to operate. The instructions were clear and concise, and I encountered no features that were difficult to operate or understand. Setup for both Bluetooth to a variety of mobile devices, and wired connectivity to a PC, was straightforward and painless; everything just worked.Another pleasant surprise is that the device can operate plugged in or on its own internal, rechargeable battery, though the device does not come with an AC adapter of any kind; any typical USB-C power block will suffice.The sound quality is quite good; the noise-canceling works very well, and I was impressed by how effectively the speakerphone cancelled out a really loud air filtration system that I have running in my office. If I had to point out one minor shortcoming, it would be the speaker sound quality; it is good, but not exceptional, and I would anticipate that it might struggle to fill a larger meeting space like a conference room. That said, it's as if AIRHUG anticipated this issue and addressed it with the option of pairing a second AIRHUG speakerphone to it, allowing one speakerphone to act as the master unit for managing the call and connection, and the other to act as a slave unit, with complete microphone and speaker functionality. I don't see a need for this feature myself, but it would be an excellent solution for a company conference room.Based on my experience with this product, I would not only recommend this specific product but would also be confident in recommending the brand itself. I would not hesitate to purchase another product from AIRHUG.

I use this mostly for my wife and I to conference call to our grand kids or to receive a call as well. I can say this is a user friendly device when it come to setup and to operate the control. My wife and I have had very good reception and can hear each person clearly as well as they do not have any problem hearing use. This is a great device to have for the long distant get together.

This is a device you'll want to have whether it's for your home or office. I'm retired but putting it to use at home when making business type calls rather than using the speaker function on my iPhone 12. The speaker function on my iPhone is certainly okay but using this device is a superior alternative. As I mentioned above people's voices are really clear and there is no echo affect whatsoever. The main reason is because of the 4 Arry built-in microphones that will capture voices within 9 feet.The speakerphone easily connected to my phone via bluetooth...no problems at all. It's also easy to adjust the volume up or down simply by putting pressure with your finger on either the plus or minus symbol on the speakerphone. Everyone will have a different opinion on whether the speaker is too quiet or too loud, but suffice to say it's a quality made device. There are four little rubber "feet" on the bottom making it easy to adhere to any surface without slipping.This device can also easily connect to your computer whether your OS is Windows, Mac, Android or Linux.I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for this sort of device.

It will play music, but it is not very effective for range, clarity, or volume.It's a nice alternative to using headphones.This is my second AirHug product, and I have thoroughly reviewed the first one (a webcam).Even though it's a bit expensive, I would recommend the product. Would buy it again.Note that the connection is a USB-A.

I've been using this product for a month and happy with the overall performance. The build is solid and the volume controls are responsive. Sound quality is impressive. The mic sensitivity is also quite good. It's ideal for a small office environment where having a headset on may seem a hassle.
