I do car audio installs and I purchased this assortment and I am satisfied with the selection overall. it had every size I need for connecting small gauge power cable to speaker wire connections to the amplifier. I recommend this assortment for rare of use, assortment, and price!

Nice ferrules. Fits well and crimps into a solid piece. Fills like it won't come off after crimping.

Summary: Using this for the input/output cables on a Solar/PV charge controller. Previously, just tinning the wire to prevent fraying, but this is a better solution. Added the AIRIC ferrule connectors to the ends of the wire. The black/white controller shows the BEFORE tinned only wires.Pros: Good fit & finish; good assortment.Cons: None.Conclusion: At $21, rating this 5-stars. I used the 8 gauge ferrules to connect a 50 amp inlet to generator transfer switch. The ferrules were the answer to connecting 8 gauge strand wire to the inlet connetions without the strands breaking or disconnecting. The ferrules are really the safest way to go with my connection.

Very handy when dealing with multi strand wires, it helps keep them tight so no errand wires to short out.
