While I was kinda hoping these would be small enough to fit into breadboard holes (they're not) they're none the less awesome for getting a decent end on small gauge wires. I actually did ok with 28awg with these as well just by doubling up the wire before inserting it.One really neat trick you can play with these is to crimp a piece of solid core into it so that the wire sticks out the crimped end enough that you can stick the protruding wire into a breadboard. What you have then is a really great test point hook probes etc (eg oscilloscope probes).

I needed to join some small gauge ground wires into one spot on a 12V distribution block. These made it easy to accomplish while keeping everything neat and secure.
