Buddy of mine gave me a squirrel cage fan. The barrel is 16.5". The motor I'm using is not strong enough with the 3.5" pulley that came with the motor. This pulley slowed the barrel enough for the motor to get to it's rpm.

These fit well and seem to be of good quality. The finish is good and should endure long wear without exposing the metal to corrosion.
