It works fine, but the snap on plate is terrible. Get a regualr screw plate. The snap on one keeps holding the -/+ buttons down. Also, make sure you run 4- wire (plus the ground) from your switch to the fan/light if you want all the functionality.

I bought this because it was recommended to pair with the matching Akicon Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Dimmable Light, but the dimming feature does nothing. It's possible the exhaust fan isn't dimmable as advertised, but it's still a Akicon product, so they can share the 1 star.

My electrician hooked this switch up to the Akicon bathroom fan. It was a pain to use (requiring long press just to turn on the light) and I ended up talking it out and replacing it with a double switch for the light and fan. I think it works as designed but I don't like it.

Worked well for 4 months and then switch for light suddenly stopped working.
