After 10 years of non-electric, manual cranking this thing is great.Installation was relatively easy (MISSING PARTS AND INSTRUCTIONS) and the extra longpower chord reached my outlet no problem.Comes with attachment for 3 different rollers so that this model works with many types. Note this model is newer than the web site video, so the video is a guide but not exact instructions.After a little playing with remote and unit was able to roll up and out limits so it would not go out too far, or in too far. Read instructions several time and follow.I suspect mine was an Amazon return due to missing parts, instructions, and the remote box was "open", and the remote was synced to the unit already.Did NOT have to take old unit down to attach. You "may" need to have someone hold mounted drum when you convert, depends on current unit.recommend. I love this thing. I love this as much as my conversion of my fireplace to natural gas or electric garage doors.

Great motor, i am not tired anymore. It would be nice if they made a light to attach to it
