Beautiful, solid and easy to assemble. Very heavy. The only drawback with the espresso color is that it shows dust and fingerprints. I keep a dusting cloth handy to wipe it throughout the day. Well worth the effort. The desk surface is very large. I have a PC tower underneath and a 2 tier rack with a printer and register drawer. There is plenty of foot room and if I didn't have the rack it would be comfortable for 2 people.*update- it has been a year since I bought this and I am happy I did. The finish has held up well. I cringe when clients drop their keys on top but there are no visible scratches. This desk is much sturdier than I expected

It arrived a day before they were projecting, so that is a good start.The box was beat up in shipping, but it was packed so there wasnt a scratch on it when I opened it. Lots of packing to get rid of, but totally worth it.The instructions say 2 person. I did it alone in less than an hour. The top rounded piece is the only hard part by yourself. I ended up putting a scratch on it after it survived shipping, but they include a touch up crayon so all good.I can see why some people would think the instructions are lacking, but they are perfect for me. Pictures of where everything goes instead of confusing badly translated stuff.Its 5 heavy wood (pressed wood) parts and a ton of connectors. All it took to put it together was a phillips head screwdriver.Do look at the pictures if you just start screwing stuff in you are going to be surprised. Most of the connectors are one the sides and not the big back piece.TOTALLY happy so far. May not be after moving it 20 times to find just the right spot cause it is a beast.And the fact I took time to write this says something. I rarely do a review of anything.

Completely agree with the other reviewers who say this is solidly built and extremely good-looking, and still can't believe the low price. It's very heavy but fairly easy to put together (was able to do it by myself but doing this with a helper would have been much better). The instructions are just a set of pictures, but the order was logical. Hardest part was probably putting on the two end pieces - just take your time and you'll be fine.

I was greatly surprised at the quality of this desk! It is solid wood so it's heavy and very sturdy. It was easy to assemble. It is beautiful and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. It's a great value for the price!

I can recommend this desk, great value for the money.- But don't hammer the timber connectors, they can pop out of the other side (which happened to me)- and it is not ideal for using a monitor, since the monitor will stand in the middle of the table board, because of the top table board jutting out to far to the back.The boards are thick and it gives a massive impression. I arrived without damages, due to good packaging. It will take two people to move since it weighs 195 pounds.

Sturdy, easy to put together. You can move around and it’s a good height. I’m 5’7†and I have a tall chair but knees fit right under. The chair is a short bar chair not the taller ones. I think 36â€â€¦ but don’t know exactly.
