I don’t know why it has taken over 60 years for me to discover sifting catbox liners, but thank God I did! It is so much easier to clean the catbox this way, especially since I’m older now and it’s harder to bend over to scoop. Instead, you just lift up the liner on top, and the sand sifts through the liner holes until there is only the “stuff†that you wanted to scoop! It’s lighter to pick up and dispose of it, and feels cleaner since you don’t have to pick up the “stuff†yourself! Also, this is a package of 10, so it lasts longer and is more cost-effective. The ones at my grocery store only come in a box of 7 liners, and it costs over 7 dollars!

We have used these sifting cat box liners for several years. My husband cleans our 2 cat boxes. These liners help him to quickly sift out and remove the cat waste without wasting the unused litter. He places the sifting liners holding the cat waste into a plastic garbage, carrys it outside and throws it in the garbage. It takes him less than 10 minutes from start to finish to clean both cat boxes. When all the sifting liners are gone and only the bottom bag is left my husband ties it closed and throws the bag, the cat waste left since he last sifted it out and the remaining litter away. Then he places a new set of sifting liners and the bottom bag into the clean cat boxes and adds new fresh litter. We have Amazon send us a box of 6 packages every 8 weeks - enough for both cat boxes to be sifted clean every 2-3 days for about 2 months. We consider this product well worth the money because of how well it works and how easy and fast it makes this nasty job.

They work great for sitting the the excess litter out so you’re just collecting the clumps. However, they are very big. Doesn’t fit the litter box , lots of bunching and you can’t reconnect the lid if litter box because of the excess plastic, it bunches badly. Could be great product but they need to make it a different size and shape.

I’ve always had cats, from the days when litter DIDN’T clump, to the days when clumping was ‘the bomb’. I finally found out about these sifting disposable liners (about 6 months ago- April 2022) and can’t believe it has taken this long to discover or use them. At first I thought they were just a gimmick, so I only ordered 1 box. After the first use, I started to stock up- because they are simply AMAZING!! Talk about easy and clean and affordable! I have 3 cats, so cleaning was a chore with 3 litter pans to scoop, at least 3 times a week, and then vacuum the litter that gets thrown outside the box! Then comes the day when they needed disinfected and washed out- YUCK!! Two of my kitties still have their front claws and there has been no trouble with ripping or tearing of the bags. I must also say that litter lasts longer and doesn’t go all over the place!! I can’t believe it has taken me this long to find and use these sifting miracles!! Also, Amazon ships within a day or 2, so that’s a huge plus in case I forget to order in time. You seriously HAVE to give these sifting bags a try; you will fall in love and wonder why it’s taken you this long to try something new!! (ie- at first I had the super, duper, large litter pan with the slope in front for easier access. Even the largest sifting bags would not work or fit, so I went with a regular large box- problem solved ðŸ‘)

I have a cat who is fanatical about litter-box cleanliness and who prefers to have box liners. I bought these with the hope that it would make it easier to change his litter without dumping the whole box worth. These bags come punched with standard hole-punch-sized holes in the center of a flat sheet of thin plastic, plus one solid sheet to serve as the base layer. You're meant to place these in the box with the solid sheet at the bottom, and lift out each sheet as you use it, sifting out the leavings, and having a clean box at the end with little effort.Unfortunately, even with shifting the holes so they weren't directly over each other, the litter—and later, urine—dropped right through the upper layers, creating a nasty layer of dirty litter trapped in between the upper layers of plastic. Additionally, the urine creates huge clumps at the bottom of each layer, meaning that relatively little litter falls through when you sift it. (I suspect that not using clumping litter would help with this, but that would lead to a whole other element of mess.)Additionally, as these are just flat sheets of plastic, this can create challenges both with the cats using them and with disposing of the used sheets. If you have a cat who's a vigorous scratcher (as one of mine is), the cat can easily snag the sheet and pull it out of the rubber band (more so when there are more of these sheets). They're also thin enough that it's not at all difficult for them to be torn by kitty claws. When disposing of the sheets, there's no easy way to draw them up to dispose of them.Overall, a clever idea that just falls down on execution. It's better to just get a regular litter box liner.

If you use this product, go heavy on the cat litter. My cats tore up layers of the plastic liner many times before I got it right.

So not perfect but way better than scooping. You just lift the bag, shake and the clean litter sifts through. Some small bits get through that you have to scoop but not too bad. Cats adapted right away. Easier for me.

I thought this would have been the answer to easy cat litter tray cleaning. As I read in an earlier review, not for a cat with claws. When coming to clean the try, Found big rips in the filter lining. Ended up using the scoop after all.Now Found the perfect cat litter sifting tray on ebay. Much quicker and easier.
