My mother has been wearing these same jeans for years. Alfred Dunner is a wonderful brand with long lasting high-quality clothes. They are high waisted with elastic band. They are loose fitting, so if you are wanting a tight pant, this is not for you. The denim is soft and light. Please be aware that they will shrink, so wash and dry them before you think of having them hemmed. Out of the dryer, they come out soft and unwrinkled. The seller was kind enough to package these in hangers and wrapped in plastic.

I purchased these slacks for my 93-year-old mother. They fit her well...not tight around the waist, not tight in the behind, and enough room for them to be comfortable. They are a tiny bit long, but we will wash and dry them in hot water and hang to dry...I think they will be perfect!
