Love it - very effective. Just difficult to clean with standard market brushes.They need to create a special narrow brush to get between each ROW of prongs to clean properly.

I bought this meat tenderizer to attempt homemade pork belly--once again. It's well constructed, heavy duty and I appreciate that it seems a bit easier to clean than others because you can wash the pins without getting water into the body or housing.

This is really a very good quality item that actually works perfect. It is spring loaded and the tips are very sharp. It is a nice heavy duty item that made my cheap steak editable.

I don’t know how long these tools have been available on Amazon, I definitely would have bought sooner if I had been aware.I use it predominantly for getting pork crackling amazingly crispy.It feels robust, throw it in the dishwasher & ready for next time. As in the title “ GREAT TOOLâ€
