This kiddie pool has a cute design, but the checkered pattern is very faint and hardly noticeable in person, which was a little disappointing since it looked more vibrant in the item description photos.When we first opened the box, there was a very strong plastic smell that took a while to air out, which made me question the material quality despite the claims of being non toxic. I did expect some smell, but this was pretty shocking. Maybe we noticed the smell more because we initially opened it indoors opposed to outdoors, which is where I’ve typically opened similar items.While it seems sturdy for now, I do have concerns about how well the material will hold up over time, especially with regular use. The included repair patch is a nice, but I hope we won’t need it too soon.Overall, it’s decent for occasional use, but I’m not sure it’s durable enough to last more than one summer. We only had the chance to use it for a few days before the weather turned cold, but we’re looking forward to trying it out again this next summer.

I recently purchased the Ali+Oli blow-up pool for my toddler. While the size is perfect for one little one to splash around, I found a few downsides. The checker design is so faint that I had to really strain my eyes to see it, which was disappointing. Additionally, the plastic material feels quite thin and cheap, making me concerned about its durability in the long run. Overall, it serves its purpose for now, but I wish it were a bit more visually appealing and sturdier.
