This is a nice bow tie for its purpose. The checkered pattern style is nice and the color is perfectly as described. For the price, the material seems sturdy.The only flaw of this bow tie is the same as most other clip-ons which is why I stopped wearing them, it looks "cheesy". Look like you work at some mid-range restaurant & had to wear a bow tie. I've yet to see a clip on that looks like a natural self-tied bow tie. So if clip-ons are your thing, this is a good bow tie for you.

This bow tie has a great quality. The size is just right. Not too large and not too small. What I like most about this is that it has a great texture which makes it stand out next to plain black bow ties. Also this a true Royal blue color and is NOT dark blue or navy. Thus, It can be worn with black suit or tux.
