Soup pots aren’t just for soup. They’re also great for simmering sauce, boiling pasta, blanching veggies, and stewing. Their tall sides and fitted lid minimize evaporation to keep your soup from reducing too much. As part of our HA1 Nonstick collection this Soup Pot is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum and its interior is engineered with 3 layers of our high performing, nonstick coating. This coating keeps food molecules from clinging to the surface, so it’s ideal for delicate or sticky foods. Its exterior features an anti-warp induction compatible base that makes it compatible with induction cooktops and bumps up durability. At 4 quarts, it’s the perfect size for making small batches for the family or enough to meal prep for the week. All in all, it offers professional performance and durability combined with easy food release that’s easy to clean for a convenient cooking experience. At the end of the meal, simply put it in the dishwasher or give it a quick hand washing and it’s ready for the next one.

Now, I have a little extra money, it’s time for All-Clad! I love this pot! I already made split pea soup in it!I had a different brand of anodized pots from the 1990s- 2016. I never had a problem with them. Then I gave them to my son advising him for “usage.” I followed all the instructions faithfully that the manufacturer tells you to take care of them. I never had any pitting or peeling on the finish. I never had any shattered glass tops. I never had any warping. Briefly, Cold water on a HOT glass cover, will shatter that cover eventually. It’s the same thing that happens to a windshield on a car if you try to wash your car in 90° sun! Cold water in a hot pot after using it on the stove WILL WARP your pots & pans which will cause any finish on it to bubble or pit. LET THEM COOL OFF FIRST! Then wash or rinse! Btw- You can put these pots in your dishwasher but DO NOT let them go through the drying cycle. The heat from the dishwasher can warp your pots! I don’t care what the manufacturer says regarding dishwashers. I would rather be safe than sorry!NEVER! EVER use metal utensils in non-stick pots or pans. Get use to using wood, silicone or nylon utensils. Manufacturers of silicone & nylon utensils are realizing that they have been making them too thick to be of use. If you must have metal, buy the metal ones that edges are coated in silicone. Do not cut meat or any foods in your pot. Take it out and have a cutting board close by . You cannot get a thick silicone spatula under any fried foods. You must learn how to tilt your pan so the eggs or meats slide on to the spatula, then flip. Amazon carry’s dozens of new brands of these utensils. .Buy the silicone handle covers also. Stop trying to blame manufacturers because the handles are hot! It’s metal what did you expect? Invest in silicone gloves or pot holders.Basically the core of these pots are aluminum. Aluminum distributes heat fast & evenly better than any pot I’ve ever used. That’s why I always use a medium heat when cooking. That’s also why chefs use aluminum. After I gave my son my other pots, I bought a set of very heavy ‘pretty” stainless steel copper bottoms pots. PRETTY is not going to make your food taste better. I’ve been struggling with them & cleaning copper bottoms for the last five years I just gave them all to charity. All-Clad anodized are my new heros!Oh by the way I never bring these pots above a “medium” heat. I can still “seer” meat and boil water very quickly & easily. Learn how to use these pots and you will never have a problem. (PSSST I just bought the square 5qt All Clad Anodized deep fryer...I'm gonna make bread in it for Christmas!

I became tired of using cheap cookware, the non-stick is thin, delicate, and doesn’t last long. They are often made of thin gauge aluminum and do not heat evenly. I first bought the frying pan set ( a 10” and an 8-1/2”) I was highly impressed with the riveted handles, heft, and overall quality of the pans, my first use was grilled cheese and they came out perfectly!I could clean the pan (including the burnt cheese) with a paper towel!I ordered the 4-quart saucepan the following week and was again impressed. The shape is excellent, the handle is riveted as is the lid handle. They will not loosen or require tightening with a tiny mostly hidden screw.I will collect the whole set and donate all the old pans in the kitchen!I highly recommend these pans and the company that produced them.

Bought it to replace an enameled cast iron pan that was beginning to chip on the inside bottom. Since I had had an excellent experience with AllClad HA1 pans I figured I would give the Dutch oven a try. I’m delighted with it — cooks evenly, browns nicely, and cleans up instantly. Good choice.

I needed to replace my old pot as it was chipping inside on the bottom. This pot is the perfect size. I haven’t had a chance to put it away as I have been putting in it every day from Cranberry spiced tea to Cajun Alfredo shrimp. I knew the brand as such knew it would last forever so it will be worth every dime. It also won’t have any chips to injest. Problem solved in the most perfect way. This pot is a run back into a burning building to snag it great!

This is a very good pot and cleans easily. Be careful handling the lid by the handle when food is cooking in the pot. The metal lid gets VERY hot. Would be better if the lid handle had a rubber covering to protect your hand.

Perfect size for heating a small amount of soup or stew or noodles. The lid keeps everything nice and tightly hot. The handle does not get hot. It’s a very good pot. I hope it lasts a long time.

Every time I purchase an All-Clad piece of equipment, there never is a concern of the dollars I spend. I do not have tons of money, but I know excellent equipment when I see it. I have 2 frying pans, and booyah, they are indispensable. Now this....I will spend this kind of money any time I have a feeling of excellent craftsmanship. They cannot be beat. Sorry, prove me wrong. This stockpot cooks as evenly as I have ever seen, cleaning this, psssh, nothing to ever scrub. It just proves that sometimes.....maybe sometimes, you get what you pay for. I love to cook, and All-Clads will be transitioned in my kitchen from the rubbish I have now. It's worth every penny.

All-Clad 1 E7855264 HA1 is a great cooking pot, it's a little bit expensive and delivery is not free.

We use this pot (4 quart) a lot for soups and sauces. No signs of wear in the non stick coating - looks as good as the day I got it. I'll definitely consider this brand/style in the future.
