Extremely well made shoe trees. I put them in as soon as I take off my shoes, I feel like the residual heat/steam helps these maintain the shape vs letting them air out and then putting these in. They do exactly what they’re supposed to do. No smells in the shoes. Helps maintain shoe shape which is the main purpose. Splurge on these.

Shoe tree fits true to size, its a bit narrow to some extent. I placed mine in a 9.5 e wilbert shoe from AE and another pair in a 9.5 ee oxford shoe from AE. It fits the oxxford better, in terms of width. The wilbert is a wider last in general and the shoe tree size I choose based on the chart is in-between size so not surprising its just right for one, and just a tad small for the other. Length fit is great.One issue of quality, one shoe tree had a splinter. It is a wood product so this is a common problem. Again, the splinter was minor and I easily sanded down where the small splinter came from. Only reason I left a 4/5 star ratting. For the price tag, certainly a good choice overall for a shoe tree and the smell of cedar is lovely!

I've bought multiple of these, best shoe tree I've had, and I've tried several. These will work for all shoes, and are also perfect for 6" or less boots.ORDER 1 SIZE UP. As long as the two parts do not touch, it fits right. I am using the XL (12-14) on:- Allen Edmonds Pebbled Grain Derbys (11E)- Allen Edmonds Ashton Derbys (11D)- Allen Edmonds Freeport Penny Loafers (10D - runs big)- Red Wing Iron Ranger (10D - runs big)- Lucchese Chukka Boots (10.5D)

Seemed to be very high quality cedar tree, I wear a size 10 but the and ordered size 9-10 but they were very loose, I returned them, and ordered the 10.5-11.5 hopefully they won't be too large :)

These shoe trees are classic style and appear to be of excellent quality. However, the medium, which should fit a 9-10 D shoe, are way too small (I tried them in two pairs of Johnston & Murphy size 10D formal shoes, one Oxford and one loafer), and thus do not fulfill their purpose of keeping the shoes' shape.I will reorder one size up.UPDATE: I ee-ordered one size up, and the show trees fit perfectly and do a great job of keeping/restoring the shoes' shape and preventing any cracking of the leather.They have a great natural cedar scent and are well made.Bottom line: order up one size of you're near the top of the size range, and you'll be happy.

Work well. Perhaps a touch undersized compared to others I’ve used, so may be worth sizing up if you’re near the size thresholds. These smell amazing, the trademark of cedar, unlike cheaper products that don’t use cedar. Will buy again.

I was a bit worried about sizing, you know how tricky sizes can be, right? But because the shoe trees turned out to be wider than I had expected and my shoes slightly narrow, the fit seems quite tight. But, don't get me wrong, because they are made of wood, a little sanding in the right places and they're perfect.

Nice shoe tree. They seem a little too small for the size shoe they were supposed to suit. I should have gone a size larger.
