I purchased this polisher expecting a reliable product, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The machine arrived with a defective adjustment button that falls off every time it's used, making the polisher unusable. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real solution. They couldn't even send a replacement part to my country, and instead, I was told to contact Amazon myself.The lack of support and accountability from this company is shocking. It seems they do not stand by their products or honor any kind of warranty. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this product or company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a more reputable brand that values its customers.I WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN
