The install instructions were easy to follow and listed a website where you can watch installation videos, if needed. The product was well built and depending on the exact model you purchase can be made from either aluminum or steel. After the simple installation, the product worked perfectly and I was able to easily tune my guitar. Anyone who has ever had an electric guitar with a Floyd Rose or similar floating tremolo system knows that tuning the guitar can be a nightmare, to say the least. The Tremol-no is well worth the price.

I love my Ibanez X-series guitar but I hated tuning it. I stayed away from floating trems in the past due to that reason.Personally I keep the tremol-no in dive bomb mode so I still get some use out of the tremolo bar but I can quickly go from standard E to drop D and back again just like a hard tail guitar. I have went from standard E to drop C tuning and back and had no issues with tuning at all. It is also very nice to not have to re-adjust every string just cause one stretches a bit from bends. Tuning actually seems more stable with this installed now on my Ibanez than on my Gibson hard tail. Since you lock the strings at the top of the neck on a floating trem system there is now nothing except string stretch to cause tuning to go out.Personally when I installed this I used three springs on the claw and with the string tension loose I used the tremolo bar to get the bridge as perfectly level as I could, then locked the tromol-no in hard tail mode. I was then easily able to lock the slider for the dive bomb mode in place and unlock the hard tail mode screws. This insured that my bridge now maintains / returns to perfectly level no matter what tuning I am in.I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a floating trem system. Easy to install, easy to use, and you can still get full range on your trem if you need just by unlocking the locking screws and re-tuning.

This is exactly what I was needing for my Floyd rose. I was having issues with no sustain but since installing it makes my guitar growl! Love it. Just ordered another one for my other Floyd rose. Price could be lower but quality is very good.

Installed this bad boy in my LTD Alexi-200 and man did it make a difference, noticeable increase in sustain immediately. Was a breeze to install for the most part, I did have to drill a new hole for one of the claw mounting screws as the claw on the Tremel-No holes didn't match with the stock holes. No biggie though! I've never been a FR guy, but I got this Alexi-200 on trade and loved the body style, now I love the way it plays too! This is a must have for anyone looking to block or do a tremelo delete!

I installed this on my 1991 Ibanez RG550 with the stock Ibanez Edge Floyd rose bridge. I primarily use it whenever I need to setup the guitar. I wish the clamp on the Tremol-No arm was longer/deeper. If I have the spring retainer attached to the sustainer block, the Tremol-No clamp doesn't have a solid grip because the spring retainer is in the way. I like using the spring retainer because it prevents the springs from popping out of the block.when I pull up on the tremolo arm (creating slack in the springs) to make a note sharper. Because this retainer takes up space, the Tremol-No doesn't have a deep enough bite or grab on the sustain block and pops off when under tension. It works great without the spring retainer, but now I have to be conscious now to pull up on the tremolo arm so the springs don't pop out.Other than that, the installation was pretty painless. You have to really make sure the spring claw is PERFECTLY parallel or else the Tremol-No will grind along the bar it's sliding on. I recommend watching a couple YouTube videos for tips on how to install. Only took me about 20-30 from start to finish.

Product shipped quickly and was very easy to install. Took me about 15 minutes to get it in and ready to play. I set up most of my FR bridges to dive only. It makes tuning more stable and if you break a string the whole guitar doesn't go wonky. It's like breaking a string on a fixed bridge guitar, but you can still dive bomb all night long. Ordinarily, for my "lesser" guitars, I'll add a block of wood between the bridge block and the body, but this is a higher end guitar, so I wanted something I could easily uninstall or change if I wanted. BTW, it'll let you dive bomb only, or pull up only, or act as a fixed bridge. Your choice. I'd recommend it highly. I'm thinking it'll also work on other floating bridge setups too.

One of the holes in the claw piece of the tremol-no was too small for the screws going through it. This resulted in the screw sheering off thread while it went through the claw to secure to the guitar. Since the screw was destroyed, the hole it was going into got destroyed as well and now won't hold the screw. pretty much ruined the guitar. not sure if i'll be able to get the original claw back on now that the screw hole is too wide for the screw. this thing is a great idea in theory but when it comes time to actually getting it on and having it work its kind of a piece of garbage. the thumb screws and all the hardware are a pain to work with too.

I found it pretty easy to install. I have an LTD with a genuine Floyd Rose. I admit I didn't read the instructions, and had no issues. I find that it works great, and my trem is locked and doesn't move at all. Very pleased.Blocked the tremelo. Removed my strings. Removed my original tremelo springs and claw. Installed new claw and post (without block clamp). Ensured the tremelo was still blocked and level, and put on new heavier gauge strings. Tuned the guitar. Removed the block. Adjusted the claw screws until the guitar was back in tune, and the tremelo was level. Attached the tremelo-no block clamp to the post, and adjusted the tremel-no block clamp to fit the block. Locked it into place and made minor, minor adjustments to the claw screws to remove minor wobble. Fine tuned the strings. METAAALLL!

Lo he montado en una Ibanez con puente flotante. Cuando lo fijas, se queda perfecto. Mantiene la afinación muy bien. He probado otros sistemas y no me ha resultado ninguno. Este es perfecto. Y los componentes son de calidad.

I was open minded to try that system and pretty bored with tremolo guitar. I want to used different tuning and spend more time playing then tuning. I was about to sell my iBanez Iron Label and switch to a hardtail. So i give it a try and it ends up pretty awesome. First because of the confinement i decided to set my tremolo perfectly my neck then my action and my intonation. One i was happy with the result i proceed with the tremol-no. The way i did it, i locked my trem to make sure it stay where it was. Then i install the kit following the video on YoutTube from tremol-no. After i reset my intonation slightly because it was almost perfect. If you don’t know how to do the truss rod to set your neck or how to level your trem, set your action and intonation you can either watch video and learn it or skip that process but you’re gonna have almost the same result with your guitar then before installing the kit.
