I used this for an oil pressure gauge on my small block Chevy. Screws into the 1/8 NPT oil pressure outlet on the block and gets you an AN3 fitting for an oil pressure gauge. BTW, this thing is stamped EATON on the side, which is a known quality maker of hydraulic fittings, so no quality concerns.

Perfect fit. Mine came and i was pleasantly surprised it was raw steel instead of the brass finih pictured. I hoped it would be after my research.

Incorrect quantity listed when ordering, I checked the quantity of 50 tab and a box of 10 fittings showed up. visible burrs on the NPT side of the fittings, Very Disappointed.
