Used the two lightest springs in my Ford Duraspark distributor to allow full mechanical advance by 2800 rpms. Definitely the cheapest solution out there.

I basically needed only the springs to adjust the rate of timing advance. None of the springs made any changes.

Weights wouldnt fit on the distributor because the holes are too small.

Nothing fit my new proform gm hei Distributer. Bushings didn’t go all the way down. Weights and stuff the holes were too small. Only the springs worked for me. Wouldn’t recommend

6 springs are supposed to be supplied. 2 gold 2 silver and 2 black . I received 5 springs , 2 silver , and 3 gold. No black springs . Require the black springs. Total waste of money
