The product itself is great. I’ve had to use a few different sockets on the impact for driving lag bolts and screws and they performed well. The sockets don’t all come shiny and polished. They have a weathered matt patina but we aren’t buying for esthetics. I wanted to wait on a review until I had broken them in a bit and they are great but I have to give 5 stars to customer support as well. My first set was missing a 12mm long shaft and had a double of 14mm. I asked if I could be sent a single socket to replace it but was sent a whole new set instead with the proper sockets included. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

I feel for the money, this is a very good impact socket set. It is quite comprehensive as it has sockets the whole way up to 1" which is not so common for 3/8" drive. It does not have every size, but the ones that are missing, there is a direct fit in metric/SAE. On the larger sockets, the wall seems a little thin, but so far they have held up and I have been using them with a Milwaukee M12 3/8 impact that is rated 250 ft lbs. The storage case is also laid out nicely and seems robust.

So far very good quality. The swivel socket fell apart after the first few uses. I got 2-8 sockets no number 9. Fit is very tight extension and w ratchet stick together sometimes hard to get apart. Overall performance is good. Portability the socket fit loose in the case so they fall out easily. We get what we pay for

I have every 3/8 drive impact socket I will ever need. This set is more complete than the others that they sell on Amazon. It is a tad more money but definitely worth it.

The parts are loose in the case so moving the case with it open will cause the contents to spill. So far the ratchet seems sturdy and none have broken.

Only con is the sockets don't stay in place.It's great u don't have to go back and forth to ur tool bag everything is in one case.
