When they arrived the package was coated in some soapy substance. Washed several times still afraid to use the as I don’t know what saturated the packaging.

I'm so mad at myself for not testing these earlier because I would have returned them! Terrible item. They don't cut at all. Ugh! They should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a cruddy product. I rarely write negative reviews but I couldn't let this go because they are so bad. Guessing I'm just going to toss them because it's past the return window which is my fault!
