I’m using in a residential application and works beautifully. During the winter our garage gets wet and sometimes a thin layered water or ice forms that is difficult to see. This pop up is a nice reminder to tread carefully.

I was a little underwhelmed with this product. On the positive side, it does the job. It's lightweight, collapsible (so it doesn't take up much space to store), and is noticeable so people will be careful walking by. On the not so positive side, I think it was a little overpriced, not so sure it will be sturdy enough to last, and the spring action is quite formidable to get it back into the holder. The grey plastic holder appears to be more sturdy than the actual pop up sign. It has the ability to be attached to a wall but I'll just store it in a closet. I bought this to put on a sidewalk walkway as a warning so people won't accidentally trip over a garden hose I am using to water my plants and clean off my patio. So, it does the job and I'm glad I have it. I would have been more pleased if I had spent less on it and if the actual sides of the pop up sign were of a more sturdy fabric rather than a lightweight nylon material.

This pop-up tent is quickly accessed when necessary from it's wall mounted housing. It's easy to install with the double sided tape provided (no tools necessary) or it can be firmly mounted with screws to drywall. It's super lightweight and easy to slip back into the housing tube after use. I used to make "wet floor" signs or go searching for one of the janitors props (which were never easy to find) but now I can just reach for this tent. I am very satisfied with this product.

I thought it would just kind of pop out when taking it out of the casing and that was not the case you do have to assemble underneath. Just not what we were looking for.

The wet floor signs have proven to be very useful during the past Maine snow storms. These signs easily mount to walls in key areas of the facility to allow for immediate utilization as needed. When conditions improve, they are easily stored back in the wall mounted case. It allows for the facility to remain save in adverse conditions but look professional and neat when not in use.
