THE LEFT SIDE BUBBLES WERE DEFECTIVE.... I adjusted all of the valves and the last section on the left never worked. Contacted Customer Service for a replacement and they said they would give me a partial refund. This is not a cheap item and after assembled would be difficult to move. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now have a half functioning bubble wall in my waiting room in my clinic. TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAKE IT APART, DRAIN IT THEN SEND IT BACK...... not the outcome I expected with an expensive item.

Beautiful fountain. We are using it indoors in our family room where the light reflects off the falling water to create dancing lights on the ceiling. It's really nice.Assembly was straight forward with only simply connections for the light and pump and the glass panel needing to be connected. The quality appears to be very good. Something I expected in this price range. I am reticent to have a water feature indoors and so far it it water tight.On the down side the pump is noisy. To their credit the manufacturer included a powerful water pump that easily moves enough water to keep a complete sheet of water flowing down the the panel. Even at the lowest setting the pump sounds spoil the trickling water over the panel. The manufacturer is apparently aware of this as they have a foam pad in the bottom to absorb some of the vibration.Being indoors I'm sure this is much more pronounced than it would be out doors where sound reverberation would be much lower.This is day one and we will likely become acustomed to the motor him. If not I'll get a smaller, quieter pump. In either case I expect to enjoy this water feature for years to come.

This bubble wall is in our front room, AKA Zen room. The quiet purr of the motor and the relaxing bubbles is just what a person needs in this hectic world to bring down your anxiety and tension.

I would have given this product a 5-star, unfortunately, the pump motor is way….too noisy for indoor ave size Single-family home. I measured the noise level and consistently getting ave high 40db. Customer can’t really resolve the issue. So i proceed to install soft like sponge within the interior wall of the base and got down to a low 40db. It just way too loud for indoor use

I love this fountain. It adds life to the entrance of my office space. I also love that it changes colors. People walk by my office and always point it out. The only problem was filling it with water. The directions was not clear, but we figured it out and are very pleased with this purchase.
