Unfortunately, the product arrived incomplete. There were no instructions, markers or accessories as shown in the image. It did not come with a wall plug adaptor. When plugged in it did nothing. Will be returning. Perfect size. It looks (from the packaging) like this board had been opened and retaped.

Very heavy in the wall. Had a shipping issue. Item was not packed well and broke in transit. Was packed the same way a second time but luckily did not break. No fragile markings anywhere.

Hello, I ordered this in July of this year and I just got around to opening it yesterday to hang up in my business and there’s no remote there is no cord there i took the box apart and I cannot find anything besides the markers that were in there so how do I go about getting those missing items sent to me the only thing I really need for it to work is the cord and the remote but I do not have those in the box at all I don’t really care about anything else but I do need those items shipped to me ASAP if that is possible

Got the sign and was happy with the size of it, but it did not come with the right plug in, a chain to hang it, markers, or cleaning cloth. At first I wasn’t really worried about the markers, but considering it came with absolutely nothing except the sign and a plug in that isn’t even correct it pissed me off. I don’t even know how this happens.
