I received this item twice--once it came in two pieces (as pictured), so I returned it and received a replacement. The one I had to return came with a bad weld point, where the non-chromed metal was rusty.They quickly shipped a replacement, which seems to be working fine, but I do worry that they allowed the original one out of their factory.

This lyre looks great. It has a shiny, smooth finish and is heavy and sturdy. The music clip is strong and holds well. This should be very useful for band!
