Product arrived fine.. Installed parts after finding instruction on internet non were included with shippment. Turned on printer and get a fuser error. The fuser does not work. Not first time I have installed a maintenance kit on printer but first time had a problem. Printer is now uselessCalled Customer Service with My problem and they sent me a replacement part and I am up and running again. Thank you for standing behind your product.

The original problem of black streaking was resolved after replacing the fuser assembly. Unfortunately after replacing the transfer roller that came with the kit we were stuck with a new problem. Now the prints were faded and uneven. This was not an issue we had before using this new maintenance kit. unsure of what was causing this new issue we did some research and further diagnostics. Replaced the cartridges. Spent hours on the phone with HP. Still could not resolve the issue. So we started over. Once the new transfer roller was taken back out and inspected we noticed that this piece had been glued back together. Refurbished improperly to the point that it would no longer seat into place, not allowing the roller to spin properly. Replaced the "new" roller with our "old" roller and WA-LA! problem solved. Disappointed to say the least. I would not recommend purchasing this product. ONLY purchase through HP so you dont waste your time and well earned money.

Second time I've tried these. Work fine for 7-10 days, then start squeaking, then paper jams.

3 months after installation this fuser stopped working and the printer was ghosting like crazy. $300 part lasted for 3 months so this basically cost us $100 a month and had to buy another one. Save yourself the headache and cost, buy elsewhere.

Save yourself the $$$ and time don't even bother looking at this, it lasted just over the warranty period and fuser inside roller started coming apart. Will never purchase again.
