After my beloved HP M451 printer kept jamming for no apparent reason, I was able to determine through online research that I needed to replace the pickup roller. Today I inserted the new part, and my printer is now running as good as new! A cavaet -- no instructions come with the kit. You will have to find a Youtube video to help you. The video I watched said to turn off the computer when replacing the roller. If you do that, the roller will not be in the right position. Keep the printer on after positioning the roller for replacement! Only turn it off after replacement, and then the roller will return to its normal position.

I purchased the roller parts to repair my printer roller and they do not fit my genuine HP printer. I called HP and they said parts from companies other than HP genuine parts may not work with their printers and believe me it does not fit and can not be installed.

Came quickly & well priced. Exact match to original parts for HP 375nw laser. Just did roller replacement today on Tray 2. Tray 1 not needed now. So far perfect, no paper jams.Found very helpful video for Tray 2 roller installation (absolutely necessary to watch) https://youtu.be/jMKGfv3mC-8My only suggestion to improve video is also remove toner cartridges, so you can roll printer on its back.

Quite happy about this purchase - specifically in that by replacing just a few parts, the printer is working like brand new again. Amazon estimated the purchase would arrive in about 7 days, but it ended up to be much faster (from USA Printer Company). Very happy with the overall transaction.

The parts were well labeled, fit perfectly and the whole process took a little over thirty minutes. No instructions were included for this novice so a link to a YouTube video showing installation of this particular kit would have been helpful. There are several good, short videos on this topic and after seeing the rollers' installation it wasn't difficult. The package included a pair of gloves which was a nice touch.

I'm an engineer, I installed the rollers CORRECTLY. The service tech verified the work. After 15 minutes he said the small roller is incorrectly sized. Got the micrometer out and we measured the new vs. old. Sure enough the NEW tray 2 roller rubber was almost twice the diameter of the old roller. $20 parts, $100 service fee. NOT HAPPY.

This kit has extended the life of my printer. Best to watch a few youtube videos for how-to. Not difficult to install once you know the "tricks".
