Purchased this fuser kit for the HP 402N printer in July 2021. Very limited use (we have 12 network printers for 40 associates and most staff are working from home, so they aren't printing in the office) and after about 4 months of being in place, the black plastic over the roller in the fuser started shredding which of course effected the print quality. With the cost of these fusers being what they are vs the cost of a new printer, we just opted to buy a new printer.. Very disappointing.

This off-brand fusee kit for our HP laserjet printer did not fit correctly. The gears were grinding, the printer shook every time something was printed and eventually it ruined the rollers and there were toner marks in different areas of the printed pages, and always down the left edge. And this happened very quickly after installation - within 2 months. Save your money and purchase the brand directly through HP
